The Toyoko Inn Tokyo Monzen is conveniently located to the subway station, close to lots of great restaurants, supermarkets and to the river. The staff was very friendly, the complimentary Japanese breakfast buffet was great. The rooms are clean, a bit snug but has all you need. Overall is is a good value and I would stay at this place again.

Overall, great stay here at Toyoko Inn Tokyo Monzen Nakacho Eitaibashi. We stayed for 3 nights from Dec 29 to Dec 31. The room is clean and tidy. Good varieties on free breakfast but did get busy during the breakfast period. Room only came with two sets of towels, we had to pay 100Yen per towel for our kids as fees. Not much stores or restaurants around the area, need to walk at least 5 mins to find some.

We were impressed with the breakfast. The only thing we had trouble with was when booking the room it was unclear if three people could stay in a double room. We learned that three can stay in a double if the child is under 12. If your child is over 12 book two rooms. It's nothing fancy, but we enjoyed our stay.
