Tokyo rail system is just awesome. This hotel is just steps away from Tokyo in it's entirety. Located in a quite, residentail area full of character and convenience.

The facility is pretty run down. There is a door hanging between our room to the next room. It was accidentally fell down during our stay. Don't feel very safe.

！！！《It’s the worst》！！！ まず部屋の状態がとても酷かったです。毎日ハエが部屋に10匹ほど廊下から換気扇を通って入ってきていました。 その上、掃除には約束した日には来ず、別日にノックもなしに入ってこられ、寝ているところを起こされました。 また、チェックアウト前日の夜9時頃になぜか男性スタッフがノックをしてきて、出たくなかったのでドア越しに話を進めると、チェックアウトの予告を言いに来たとのことでした。 そして最終日、予約サイトまた部屋にもチェックアウトは11時と記載してあるにも関わらず、10時頃 掃除の方の都合で早く出ていってほしいと掃除のスタッフに言われました。準備を続けていると女性スタッフがやってきて、時間が突然変わったから退室してほしいと言われました。 全て事実を記載しています。こんなにひどいホテルに泊まる経験は、今までもこれからも一生ありません。

I loved the staff, and especially water, he was so nice! They are very welcoming, and right next to the Nakai station very convinent for transportation

I stayed in a private room, which was very nice. Location was convenient right at the station, the staff was friendly. I will definitely recommend it to others. The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable is that I stayed on the second floor and carrying luggage upstairs was hard. I believe they have private rooms on the first floor too, so you may want to request one in advance if you arrive with heavy luggage. I also was lucky to book it during promotional time, the price was unbelievable.

Budget-friendly hostel with a convenient location - right next to the station and can get to Shinjuku or Shibuya in around 15 minutes. The area is nice and quiet as well.

Very easy to find, staff are cool, bed areas were clean. Bring your own shampoo and things, and maybe an extra towel, they give you one. Perfect for an overnight stay or longer!

Great and the Terrible
The water pressure and heat made these the best showers I've ever seen in a hostel. The staff is helpful and friendly. The area is quiet and quaint with a couple good, small restaurants but it's only a couple stops from Shinjuku if you want to be somewhere more lively. My one serious complaint is that the place is smoker friendly. It's not an activity allowed in the rooms, but the little smoker closet they have set up does not keep the smell from getting into everything. When someone was in there, I was choking from the other end of the hall.

Good location, in a quiet neighbourhood near Shinjuku and has convenience stores nearby. I got a private room and when i got there i realized it was actually a big room with a divider in the middle. Some people were staying in the room behind the divider and i could always hear them talking. They sprayed some perfume and i had to smell it too. I wish I just got a capsule instead. The room also had bugs in it, and the table had weird stains. However, I booked the room very last minute at the lowest price in Tokyo, so I wasn't expecting much. It's fine for a short stay if you need to save money.

You get what you pay for the price.. Unlike the usual hostels in Japan, this place is like a slum and is very sketchy. The rooms are divided literally by paper, no walls in between. You also have to sleep with the light from the walkaway and the noise from any room on the floor. The room itself is very very small and dirty. There is only one shower room for female guests in the entire hostel. The bathroom sink is always dirty and the trash is always full. Only one laundry machine and unbelievably expensive. The laundry machine also looks very dirty. The only good sides.. Front desk staff is friendly, and the place is close to train station that is two stops away from Shinjuku. No sleep quality at all. This was the worst hostel experience ever in my life and luckily we only booked one night.

駅からは近いが入り組んだ細い路地の奥にあり、場所がわかりづらい。部屋の窓が閉まらず施錠もできない。入り口ドアも一応オートロックだが、薄っぺらくて、女性でもちょっと体当たりすれば開けられるそう。 シーツは清潔そうだったが、部屋の隅々は虫の死骸やホコリが溜まっていて、掃除が行き届いているとは言えない。全館禁煙のはずなのに、部屋から一歩出るとしょっちゅうタバコの煙が充満している。ユニットバスの脱衣所が狭すぎる。

寝巻きなし、歯ブラシなし、お風呂共用でお湯貯める栓がなく、溜めれる湯船にお湯を貯めると白く濁りました。事前に置いてあるアメニティなどを記載してくだされば、用意してもしくは別の場所を検討したのにと思います。

The train line was not so much convinient but near from station. The host was kind enogh to keep my bag before check in . But while I stay I had my nose running and could not sleep enough because I have allergy for house dust and it doesn't matched for me .but the shower room was in my room and the price was cheep so overall this is reasonable accommodation.

チェックインが夜中になりましたが快く受け付けてくれ助かりました。部屋も清潔感があり値段以上かと思います。1つ挙げるならタオル、ドライヤーはあるが歯ブラシが無かったのは少し残念でした。持参すればいいんでしょうけど。受け付けのおばちゃんがとても親切です。

服を掛けれるはずのクローゼットが布団セットによりものがたくさんで何もかけれない、トイレと風呂をしきるカーテンがないため風呂が使えない、一階ということもあるが冬は特に夜が寒かった、またなぜか夜に火災報知器がなり対処もしてくれなかった。
