As far as cheap capsule hotels go, this place is a great deal. Really nice Men's spa that's open 24 hours. Fast WiFi. The beds are pretty firm though and the ones on the upper level are tough to enter.
cheap. acceptable. my best favorite was the beds. they are quite retro but relatively comfortable and quiet. i might use the hotel again.

You can’t sleep here from 11 am-3pm they kick everyone out to clean, so that’s challenging. The location is right in the red light district, which I would avoid. It’s so sad and brings down the dreamy vision I had of Japan. The price was amazing and it’s close to great food but better to spend a little more and be a 10 minute train ride away

It's cheap and close to station. Good if you're on a budget.
Great for the price. They make everyone leave daily from 11-3 so not possible to sleep in after clubbing. If this is your first time to Japan do NOT stay in shinjuku or visit at night. I’ve been to Japan several times and it feels so clean and safe and well maintained. Shinjuku is near the red light district and the Nigerian pimps ruined the whole allure of Japan.
Inside the place is spotless. The elevator windows could be cleaner.
Great place to stay easy walk to train station and as a single woman travelling alone I felt safe but don’t stray into the wrong alley ways alone after dark.
It’s like camping but you have a clean environment and out of the camping weather 😊
If you would like to experience a capsule hotel, close to all the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku, this is the place for you. Hotel amenities are very basic, as expected, but Golden Gai and Memory Lane are right on your doorstep and the proximity to Shinjuku Station makes it a good base to explore wider Tokyo. If you’re just looking for a bed to crash in, this is an affordable choice.

Great for price. Very inconvenient if you are staying for more than one day, having to check out and in every day. It would be good to control the temperature in your pod. The tv is also easy to always hit your head on.

Always reliable! Great place to stay to save some money on lodging. The public bath is my favorite feature.
I do wish it was not so hot in the common areas and the sleeping floors. Like bro I’m sweating just being in the room.
Overall: I love this place. Just wish it wasn’t as hot.
Staff was amazing.
The capsule hotel did not match description and condition.
It was pretty bad, i had to take a loss and moved to another hotel.

Everything was as advertised. I didnt expect a lot for the price but it was a good option for 1 night. Hair in the bathroom area needs to be cleaned up for next guests. Staff were friendly and efficient. No real issues and it was quieter than I expected.
