Super comfortable beds, shower water pressure was amazing, drapes kept the room nice and dark so we could get rest while adjusting time zones. Can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend!

The room was out dated and had tons of marks on the wall. It did not look like it did on the pictures. The walls are thin so you could really hear everything. They charge you for staying an hour late lol and if you’re checking out (even if the lockers are available) you can’t hold your luggage with them. The lockers are only for those checking in! I wasn’t pleased with the hotel conditions and the lack of amenities for the price I paid. I won’t be coming back and recommend other hotels that charge similar pricing.

In shibuya district, Short distance to most tourist spots, and small restaurant shops. However the hotel is embedded in the residential and office buildings and no other hotels surrounding. I booked own car, does not seem easy to get a taxi at the hotel. Don’t expect anything could be little luxury in the room. Never had such poor breakfast ( one piece of ham cheese bread plus a cup of coffee or tea). Hotel is equipped with high tech system: check in machine and nice message mirror. Electrical plug is not located convenient in the room, no usb port either. Half self room service - pick room essential needs at lobby yourself.

This hotel was very clean and seems new. I booked a deluxe room and it was a decent size but lacked certain amenities, like there were no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. Lots of outlets though. The lobby is small. There’s a cafe with a nice seating area but it closes at 6. The area is great, quick walk to Ebisu station and everything you need is nearby: bars, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Expensive for the price with drawbacks
The beds are very comfortable, but the room is too small and the sink in the hallway is tiny for washing without splashing water all over the floor. There is space on the wall to put shelves for toiletries. Sink can be wider if shelves are added on the wall by the sides of the mirror. Not enough hangers and electric outlets. Toyoko Inn does a much better job on all of the above and provides more and user-friendly services. We do not like the shower. You have to reach to the faucet from the door and you have to have long arms otherwise water from the shower head will get on you. No hook inside the shower to put change clothes on. Free breakfast is the same everyday, and coffee is just a little over half cup! My husband gave up his breakfast. Location is excellent though, close to the train station, shops, restaurants.

Property was close to the metro and restaurants. Very clean and staff were super friendly Rooms were very small but it was very modern and it had everything needed to be comfortable. The breakfast option was limited to a coffee and two style of sandwiches which was not worth the extra fee. Overall my experience was great!

This would be a step up from APA hotel style chains. A bit bigger room, better showers, cleaner and excellent location in Ebisu! Hotel staff is very accommodating, easy self check in and very modern and new. Showed are excellent Highly recommended. Easy access to anywhere in Tokyo.

Great hotel for solo travel
The hotel was very conveniently located, easy to find and in good condition. Room was larger than expected and perfect for a solo traveler. Cafe does not have a lot of food options but with so much around that is not a problem. The staffing is minimal so do not expect as much assistance as a full-service hotel. However housekeeping was great and laundry on site was convenient.

Clean and convenient location. Staff refused to store luggage upon checkout (stated they only store prior to check in) and told us we had to store luggage at train station. Station only had a few lockers which were unavailable, so we ended up having to tote luggage around town for the day. Ended a nice trip on a very sour note.

Largely automated. Efficient clean. Cafe attached to hotel had delicious cafe style food and desert. Easy walk to the station and great Japanese style food options nearby. Not much to no English, but mostly automated checkin and out. So didn't pose much of a problem.

Nice hotel but disappointing policy.
This is a very nice business hotel. The rooms are small, but it was adequate for one person, and it was very clean in a convenient location. My only complaint was that when I left an expensive set of earbuds at the room, they did not contact me. They said it was their policy not to contact guests who left things. I didn't discover this until the day I left Japan from another city and had to make a special detour to go back and pick up the earbuds. I thought it was an inexcusable policy not found in other hotels, based on my previous experience.
