I like the white icy poles in the freezer, perfect for after a long hot day out and any exploring Tokyo! Great also that it was so easy to get to the airport.

The front desk staff was the friendliest we experienced our whole time in Japan. Wang, Monda, and a couple of others whose names we didn’t get. They spoke great English which helped our check in process. The rooms were on the smaller size but this is Japan and we didn’t want to spend our whole budget on the place we just slept. Beds were comfy. Towels were fresh. Super close to so many train stations including the Skyliner to/from NRT. And Nishi-Nippori exit.

Great check-in - front desk super helpful. Cute little balcony garden patio to sit in. Right in the middle of everything - air conditioning worked great. Near ueno park and easy walk to asakusa. Great food options within two blocks.

Wonderful staff and unique neighborhood. If you can tolerate some train noise this is a quaint place to stay near AirPort Express route. My room had a cool little patio which would be fun in warmer weather. Super close to Nishi Nippori JR station.

It was noisy because the hotel is next to the subway but it didn't bother us at all. Hotel was comfortable and spacious compared to other hotels we previously stayed. Location was convenient. We will stay again when we return.

As advertised in the hotel website, it is great for train spotting. It comes with some advantages (easy transport) but not as much disadvantages as one may fear (trains stop at midnight and though we heard them they didn’t bother us significantly). Very spacious rooms by Japanese standards and comfortable. Manda, at the front desk, was great!

We loved this hotel. We stayed with our 4 yr old. Great size, and the toy rentals were very nice. The location was perfect for walking at the market and walking to the train station. You can hear the trains, but didn’t bother us at all. (My husband’s snoring is louder haha) We ended up staying longer because we loved this location so much.
