2週間滞在しました。生活に必要な家具を備えたアパートタイプの施設で、長期滞在にいいと思います。スタッフは常駐しておらず、滞在中の部屋清掃サービスもありませんのでホテルサービスを希望の方には向いていません。設備はきれいでよくメンテナンスされており快適でした。利用した部屋はバストイレ別タイプの部屋で、浴室に洗濯物乾燥機能があったのがとても便利でしたが、設備は部屋の間取り等によるかもしれません。冬場だったので加湿器があればもっと良かったです。エレベーターがなく階段も狭かったので大きな荷物を持って入退室するのが大変だったのがちょっと残念でしたが、このような場合は1階の部屋を予約するといいかもしれません。また利用したいです。

部屋も広くゆっくり過ごせました。ただ食器を拭くおしぼりがなかったのであったらいいと思いました。また、部屋の説明をまとめたファイルのチェックアウトが10時でメールでは11時になっていたので直した方がいいと思いました。

部屋はとても清潔に管理されており快適に過ごせました。バスアメニティやヘアドライヤー等も用意されているのでありがたかったです。 ただ、上層階へは狭い螺旋階段でしか行けないので、大きい荷物を持って上がるのは一苦労です。
