Flat had everything I needed, but there was a smell of drains throughout my stay, and the soundproofing in the building was pretty terrible -- if I wasn't woken up by the herd of elephants staying in the apartment upstairs it was the noise of other toilets flushing and showers running. Location was excellent, place was spotless, communication from the property manager (directions, etc) was fab.

If you don’t mind the room being a little cold and the bed being low, then this is a great option. Close to train station, nakano broadway, and many restaurants. Literally no complaints.

I liked the socks on the chairs, but though climbing the ladder to go to bed wasn’t the best, sleeping in the loft with the window open was wonderful. It is a nice property. (It would be nice to put some padding on the back of the lockbox on the door to prevent banging.)

バスタブ無しのコンパクトな間取りでしたが、総じて快適に過ごせました。リビングエリアの天井が高く、大きめのテーブルセットも良かったです。駅から近く、スーパー、コンビニもあり、それでいて夜は静かでした。

フロントの無いアパートメントタイプの宿なので、チェックイン時に受信したメールフォームに書き込みして送信、返信にチェックイン方法が書いて有ります。　建物も部屋も凄く綺麗!、ただ防音はイマイチ…　歯ブラシ有りません、要持ち込み。
