isolated but clean and efficient.

We stayed here for our first three days in Japan. It is clean and quiet, easy to check in and to get around. It is close to a metro stop. Unfortunately you have to take a metro or walk about 25 minutes to get to anything other than the convenience store. And for most things you have to do at least one transfer. Fortunately convenience stores in Japan are very convenient! I would not recommend this for anybody who wants to have rapid access to any tourist sites. It is really a hotel with just a person for checking us in so very little ability to get any information about the surrounding neighborhood.
