Property location was great, easy access to train stations and shopping areas. Property area quiet and safe. Room condition was excellent; however, for longer stay the bed/mattress not the greatest, it can cause back pain and discomfort. Also make sure the check in details are provided ahead of your arrival, specially after hours. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend it.

Excellent value for a comfortable and very clean small apartment. The hotel functions without any human interaction, and as everything was working perfectly, we didn't miss it. Location is SUPER quiet, and a short walk to the Asakusa Line, so one subway ride to either airport and downtown Tokyo. Definitely will return next time.

It was average. Room was an ok size for one person any more would’ve been tight. The floor in my room was coming up and there was a hole in the closet door. The shower head was screwed in outside the shower instead of actually in the tub so you could only shower by holding the shower head. There was a free washer and dryer which was very convenient. The walls were rather thin so you could hear people above, below and to the side of you to some extent. This may be on Expedia byt upon arrival I was never sent any check in information so I had to call the property to get the code to enter. The area was very quiet but it is only a 20 minute walk to ueno, asasuka and akhiabara. The train and lawsons/711 are about a 5 minute walk. If you are looking for simple place to stay with nothing too fancy this place does the job. I was out most of the time exploring so this fit my needs fine.

New, nice, but not ideal location
Apartment is new and is really nice, but the nearest metros are all about a 10min walk which can feel a bit far. The room is a bit tight, so for 3 adults it can feel a bit cramped. Not really any food options nearby, but there is a supermarket really close by that is open 24hrs.
