We booked with breakfast which ended up being a Japanese breakfast with an American breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, a price of break and coffee ! No other options for the extra price. When we said we want to cancel the breakfast (after seeing what we paid for was NOT what was advertised, they said you cannot!!! Considering leaving the property all together and finding another place - staff not friendly or knowledgeable with suggestions for restaurants

Great room with a fabulous tub and shower. Breakfast and evening hors-d’œuvres were very nice. Staff are exceedingly polite and accommodating. All around, very nice stay.

The hotel was located in a walking distance to subway station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we asked for a room upgrade they said we already have the premier room and there is no other upgrades available. What we were not happy was that our room was located at the very end of corridor. I recently had a foot fracture so I asked them to change our room closer to the elevator and they did not take that serious and did not changed our room. The breakfast buffet was ok. The sky lounge was good and was serving a good selection of drinks for free. The only problem was the timing was when we were mostly out.

Fabulous hotel, the room was very spacious with beautiful decor. The toiletries were well thought, from facial products, hairbrushes, high brand shampoo etc. The club lounge was spacious with great food and drinks every night which was a nice way to relax after a big day walking exploring the surrounding area. The added bonus was being opposite the government building to watch the light show at night! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again

An Amazing Stay and Experience
My stay at Keio Plaza Shinjuku Premier Grand was absoluteluy amazing. The staff were attentive and wonderful. The included breakfast and tea time were delicious and well organized, staffed and prepared. The only critique would be the hotel wifi in the room, as it was not as good as the same wifi while in the lounges. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers and I will definitely stay there again in the future.

We were staying at a a well known property brand the week before for work and from the moment we checked in to Keio, honestly, we didn't want to leave. We felt so welcomed by all the staff, front office, housekeeping, food and bev, the chef for breakfast (we had club lounge access)... The list goes on. We absolutely enjoyed every single part of our stay. There are so many very high quality restaurants on site and it's a short 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station but it's still very quiet. We won't stay at any other hotel in Japan now.

Excellent property! The room was very spacious, bed very comfy and plenty of bathroom amenities that they replenished daily. The staff of the hotel was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Shinjuko station is only 7min walk either thru the tunnel on the lower street level (puts you right at all the JR lines and local metro) or via the surface streets. The nightlife of Shinjuku is only minutes away yet the hotel is in a very tranquil area near a lovely park. Definitely will be back!

Clean, nice hotel. Wish they had trash cans in the lobby rather than having to take it back to your room. Also, the grand lounge requires a reservation for breakfast that must be made the day before… not always sure when I’ll wake up and be ready for breakfast… but the food is excellent.

Excellent hotel. My family and I had a wonderful stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a convenient local within walking distance of the train station. There are plenty of dining options in and around the hotel and the popular Tokyo districts are just a short train ride away. Would definitely recommend it.

Excellent hotel in a great location for Tokyo trip
The perfect place to start our holiday. Within walking distance of Shinjuku metro station and right across the road from the Tokyo Metropolitan Observatory. The hotel itself is excellent and has all the amenities you might need. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The city views from the club and the our room were incredible.
