Super clean, location was just perfect with shop beneath and great coffee and food spots next to the station. Washing machines and very functional room. We extended our stay as we were very comfortable. House keeping are super on it and can’t do enough to make you happy. You can pick facemasks, bath salts etc from reception as you want which is a lovely touch! Would definitely stay again and use this brand of hotel in Japan. Thank you so much for a lovely stay

The wife and I had a good time, it isnt my first time staying in Japan let alone this hotel, but I always enjoy the stay, service, and the accessibility of Akihabara. She was happy with the stores nearby and of course the local cruisine. If your into anime and video games this is the spot for you since your also near the train station. Will always return to Japan and this hotel for my stay in Tokyo. I am writing this of course cause I just left now and its 12:08 and im waiting for the bullet train to Kyoto to take another train to Nara.

Room was small but comfortable. Hotel is at the Akihabara train station, so very convenient to get around Tokyo. Many dining options in the area. Staff was very helpful with suggestions and holding our bags after checkout.

hotel is great. clean and comfortable. only complaint is it walls were a bit thin I could hear the person in the room next door. it’s also on the first 7 floors of the building and right above a busy street so you’ll need to keep your blinds closed if you want privacy

The room was clean and the location was perfect! I didn’t hear anyone from the room next door or outside so sound proofing seems to be excellent as well. The check-in and checkout process was very easy. Someone was there to help with both. I highly recommend staying here!

I hoghly reccomend this hotel, especially if this is your first time visiting Japan. The proximity to Akihabara station allowed us to travel anywhere without worry. The laundry facilities were easy to operate and the breakfast was just what we needed after long days of walking the days prior to eating.

As an Otaku staying in Akihabara was genius. I asked them for a view of the Onoden building area and they gave me the best view. The convenience store being in the room was perfect too. We had a great time here
