Subpar Hotel Experience

The people at the hotel are money hungry and will use any opportunity to charge as much as they can from your pockets. The staff have a facade of friendliness but are total gremlins, may sound like an exaggeration but is not. The service is invasive strict, upon arrival they escorted us to our rooms and proceeded to stay for 20 minutes fussing over every detail and rules for the room. Although we've paid for the rooms it didn't feel like our space during our stay.

DVD鑑賞をするために宿泊しました。プロジェクターの画面の大きさは十分だったのですが、画面からベッド（設置位置の都合上、ベッドの上から鑑賞することになります）までの距離が近く、個人的には大画面の良さを十分には感じられませんでした。お部屋自体は、広くはないですが、清潔に保たれていました。

お部屋自体は狭めのタイプでしたが さほど気にはならなかったです。 高速道路脇ですが、 外の音はほとんど気になりませんでした。 ただ、ホテル内はさほどなのか、 朝方まで近くのお部屋の人の笑い声が聞こえてました。 その方達の声が大き過ぎただけかもしれませんが。ww ホテル内もお部屋もとても綺麗だし、 スタッフの方々もとても親切でした！！ 東京駅周辺に泊まる際はまたお願いします^_^ ありがとうございました😊

スタッフの方がとてもよかったです。

大阪から行ったので東京のホテルの部屋の狭さには驚きましたがスタッフの方はとても親切で、お部屋まで荷物も運んで頂きました。私はオレンジの電気があまり好きではないので、もう少し明るいトーンの電気があれば、お化粧もしやすかったかなと思います！

とても綺麗に整頓されて居て気持ち良く泊まれました。 タダ私は身長があるのでバスタブの長さが足らず脚が伸ばせなかったのが少し残念、後は特に問題なしです。

最初の部屋までの案内をとても丁寧にしてくださいました。そもそもビジネスホテルクラスのホテルとしては部屋までのアテンドがあること時点で凄いのと、プロジェクターの説明等ご丁寧にしてくださいました。また部屋で飲み物を飲みたくガラスを用意してほしいと伝えると迅速に対応して頂けました。館内の清潔感も素晴らしかったです。また行きたいと思いました。
