"I have stayed here a couple times before and enjoyed it. It is a big hotel on the edge of a nice park with lots of greenery. A bit of a walk to various trains but not bad, maybe 10-15 min walk. Very convenient Lawson convenience store on the B2 level. Some negatives, breakfast in executive lounge the same very day. Almost exactly. The food is fine, but nothing special. Service and view are great though. Also in the lounge, which is included based on if you book on executive floors, you had better love water if you are diabetic. Many drinks are included, but no drinks are sugar free for those of us that need that. Coke Zero or Diet Coke would very much be appreciated. As for the room, mine was recently updated so it was quite nice. View was great, bed a little on firm side as are most Asian beds. Would be nice if the in room TV had apps built in like Netflix so that we don't need to use our own device to watch something. Room attendants also very nice, efficient and courteous. I would stay here again."

"The hotel is showing signs of aging. The carpets need to be replaced. Shower could get some tile grout redone. We found out our floor is scheduled to have new work done so this could be next on the list. It’s very convenient location offsets the aesthetics. However it’s secure and quiet and priced appropriately."

"The staff was very helpful, and I am grateful for the bilingual staff! The breakfast was wonderful! Though I believe there is a cover charge for the breakfast I think its 3000 yen. However, it is buffet style but really good food. The bar has happy hour. If I come back to the Shinjuku neighborhood, this will likely be the place I stay! The hotel is clean, modern and easy to navigate."

"Staff were amazing and always smiled as we passed through reception. Hotel is in a lovely area with lots or shops and places to eat. 5 minutes walk from The Tokyo Dome. Hotel was super clean but we did find the bedroom carpet and under the bed was actually in a need of a good hoover. That is the only let down of this hotel."
