部屋中に髪の毛が散らばっており、清掃されていないように感じた。怖いのでコップなども使用できなかった。床だけでなく、布団やシーツにも前の宿泊客のものと思われる髪の毛が多数ある。交通の便はとても良いが再訪はないです。トイレなど設備は新しいものだったので清掃さえしっかりすれば高評価と思う。

ホテルとは言っても民泊に近いので、全館空調とはいかず、部屋に入った時寒く感じました。チェックインしてから自分でエアコンを調節し、暖かくなるのにしばらくかかりました。 部屋はとてもキレイで清潔でセンスも良く、快適にすごせました。

表参道、渋谷、原宿にアクセス抜群です。 ホテルフロントはありませんが、事前チェックインをスマホで完了しておけばスムーズにチェックインできます。ホテルへの電話は16時まで通じます。お部屋は広く綺麗な印象です。また利用したいです。

青山、表参道が目的地であれば最高の立地です。ホテルのようなサービスを求めるのであれば不向きです。エントランスもここでいいのかと思うような入り口ですが、1フロアを綺麗に改装してあり清掃も行き届いています。駐車場利用の方は近くのスパイラルパーキングさんが1日打ち切り料金、宿泊も可能なので便利でした。レストランや朝早くから営業しているカフェも周辺にあり食事も困りません。街中ですが、夜も静かでした。
