This is not review for hotel property itself but their support was terrible! I canceled a non-refundable booking by mistake and called the property right away. However, a woman in the hotel was mean. Not only she didn't re-book for me, but also redirected me to Hotels.com customer support and making me deal with them. I called probably 10times back and forth the property and hotes.com over two days. Eventually, I discovered all decision is up to the property. And the woman who I talked was the manager of the Hotel! So basically if she re-booked me at the beginning everything was fine. Anyway, I ended up calling the head office of the hotel and everything was settled. The hotel itself was located in a very convenient place. Right by Ueno-Station, and very clean. Also, I loved free fresh bread in the morning. The hotel was nice but the manager was terrible!
