The staff at Haneda in were the highlight of our stay. Everyone spoke English, there was continental breakfast included, and the rooms were tiny but tidy. The staff were even kind enough to give us a ride to the airport in the evening after their shuttle hours ended because we had so many bags and they felt sorry for us. The Haneda Inn is definitely a great place to stay the night after or day before a Haneda flight!!

The shuttle bus was very helpful! They were super helpful with setting up the time for me to go and helping me load up my luggage! I only stayed for a little as it was my departure date but the time there was lovely

We liked the Japaneseness of this hotel. Breakfast is basic and a mixture of Japanese and Western but quite adequate. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. A free shuttle bus to and from the airport was provided.

Nice hotel close to Haneda airport. We tried dialing the hotel for shuttle pickup but couldnt get the number to work on our cell phone. The lady at the info desk called for us and the ahuttle arrived 10 minutes later. Rooms are compact and clean.

Pros: Good value, clean, tidy, comfortable bed, hot high pressure shower, close to airport, nice staff. Neighborhood seems nice but limited restaurants in surrounding blocks. Cons: kids size toilet difficult to fit on, free shuttle service not available after noon for return to airport, had to wait 30min for original pickup - taxi or train is easier. Overall: good stay with some inconveniences. Unsure if I would return or try another option. Neither perfect nor bad.

Easygoing Clean Quiet Hotel
Amazing instructions to reach the place on your known even when you don’t know Japanese. Free shuttle bus offered from hotel to airport. Decent breakfast (for the price it was great) at 5 am which is really helpful. Quiet hotel (at least the room I was in had no street noise) and clean room.

Good value for money
The man on reception desk couldn’t have been more helpful. He wrote me a detailed map on how to get to my next destination , including where to change trains to get on a different line. Any one who has been to Tokyo know how overwhelming the train system can be . He simplified it for me. Rooms were small but really worked for me. Very convenient location just three stops from Haneda airport then a easy 5 minute walk from Otorii train station on the Keikyu line. Simple but filling breakfast included in the price. One of the least expensive hotels I stayed in.

It can improve in its logistics
Kind staffers but speak little English -- I could not even find out where to wait for the shuttle at the airport to get me to the airport. I asked ahead of time and was told to call when I went through Customs. So, I did, and got a nice lady who spoke no English. I was told to call back later but the line was never connected -- using my U.S. line nor when someone else used his local mobile call. At the end, I paid for a short but expensive taxi ride to the hotel.

Rooms are very small. Manageable if One person in a single room. But even 2 persons in a room is tough. Hardly any space to walk around. Luckily only 1 night. Free Pick up to n from airport is appreciated but the process of getting pickup fr airport is tedious as staff can’t speak English and instruction is not clear. Hotel should just print clear instruction on its website on how to contact for pickup and where to wait. Got hanged up twice n had to make a few calls before can get instruction right.

Small, clean hotel to spend a night if you arrive late or leave early from Haneda airport. Basic breakfast provided from 5am for early flyers. Shuttle bus to airport is booked at check in which is handy.

Very tiny room but ok for an overnight before travel from Haneda Airport. Free shuttle to airport was great. Had to walk a bit to find a restaurant but it was good and the walk was nice. Good value.

You have to call the hotel to book the free shuttle bus. The staff don't speak English very well so keep it simple. Just say "I need shuttle bus" and give them the terminal you are at. For me the shuttle arrived 10min after calling. From the international terminal, the pick up location is downstairs in front of the "Police box". People at the info desk in Haneda seem to know well where it is, it's also where the airport shuttles buses leave from and where all the taxis line up. The small hotel shuttle bus comes with a big sign saying "Haneda Inn". You can't miss it. The entrance of the hotel is small and dingy, located on a quiet street. You have to go to the 2nd floor to check in. Staff are very friendly. Most travelers seem to be solo travelers staying one night for a layover. The room was small but had everything it needed (TV, small fridge, AC, clothes hangers, disposable slippers, bathrobe, decent wifi). The bed was clean and relatively comfy. Not the best not the worst. Same for the pillow, a bit small and a bit hard, but good enough. Bathroom was very clean - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, disposable toothbrush and razor were included. Water pressure of the shower was phenomenal. There are vending machines for drinks in the hotel and there's a supermarket just around the corner. There are microwaves in the hotel. Breakfast was very simple (toast & jam, Japanese curry, miso soup, and corn porridge. Tea, coffee, OJ). Overall great stay!

Not only did the service staff provide the best service, they also had a big heart to help a customer in need. It’s a big convenience to 24 hours stores and the free shuttle are 10 minutes away from Airport. Breakfast is awesome! I highly recommend this hotel!

The room is small and neat, perfect for short time staying. They provided a free shuttle to Haneda airport in the morning. The big problem is the ride from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle service is on demand. When I arrived Haneda airport, I found my cellphone didn't work in Japan. I had to use a land line pay phone to call the hotel. The hotel staff asked me to run downstairs right away to meet the driver at the certain point of the terminal, within one minute!!! Because the driver is picking up another guest. How could I find a certain place in a totally strange airport in one minute?! The staff was very rude and he didn't care about it. When I finally found the place, the shuttle was already gone. Very disappointed! They don't care and respect their guests at all!

I stayed 2 days here during my trip/lay over in Haneda Airport. I figure it would be a lot better to get a hotel near the airport since I had a lot of luggage’s although transportation from Tokyo to the airport was doable too. Anyways, first day I landed at 10pm but didn’t finish the immigration & luggage process till 12am. I didn’t have a phone in Japan so I asked the information desk to how to get there and luckily they were able to call my hotel and ask them to pick me up & they did! I got picked up 30minutes later & I didn’t think they do pick up at night cuz it wasn’t on their features but it doesn’t hurt to ask. The room was tiny but it was very clean with my own bathroom. Cleanliness was a big thing for me & i would come back again just cuz it’s so clean!
