Excellent service and accommodating.

Service was excellent. All employees were polite and accommodating. The room was clean. Bare in mind this is japan so everything is compact. Room had all necessities needed.

This is my favorite place to stay when I’m visiting Japan. I enjoy the nice neighborhood that the hotel is in. Close to the Akihabara stores I enjoy shopping at. There is access to several subway and train options (10-15 minutes walking). This was my second time using this hotel. I plan on using it every time I stay in the Tokyo area.

Great place to stay in Japan. It was quiet and clean. There are several close coin laundries to do your clothing if you are packing light. There is a great ramen place just a few steps from the door. The train stations are 10-15 minutes away, but there are several to choose from and this made it easy to get to different locations without multiple train transfers.

Booked during the cherry blossom season; so unfortunately, limited hotel options. Because it was during peak season it was still quite expensive for a budget hotel. Very small lobby, cleaning services are limited - must be out by 11pm for room to be cleaned. Bathroom, smelled despite cleaning, not a large room. Hotel will charge 6k yen if room key is reissued and 1k if it’s not returned. Staff was quite nice and professional though English proficiency was limited. Checkout was 10 pm and they will not hold luggage after check out - but front desk permitted us when asked for an hour just to eat lunch before heading out to the airport.

If you’re traveling with 4 adults in your family, better get 2 twin rooms instead.. because what I got says can sleep 6 people so I chose it but it’s was too small for the 4 of us and we wonder where will the other 2 sleep?

Don’t go to that Hotel!!!

Had a really bad experience checking in, and when checking out, had to leave the hotel early, they check you out at 10am but at 8am they were knocking on the door. When I finally went down to the lobby with my luggage the receptionist did not receive my bags to be store for the day, they just don’t want anything with you after you checked out. Had to go to street with all my luggage and figure out what to do since my plane will leave at 11pm that day. In the end had to walk more than a mile carrying all my luggage to a train station that had paid storage

初めて利用しましたが場所が駅から近めでわかりやすかったです。スタッフの方も親切でお部屋も割ときれいでした。ベッドの寝心地がとても良かったです。不満な点としては細かいところのホコリ(ドアのロック部分)、水を外の自販機で買わなくてはならない(最近はペットボトルを1本置いてあるところが多い)、オートロックじゃない、の3点ですがそれも含めたお値段なのかなと思いました。
