Laundry room was very convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful. No breakfast due to renovations but we knew that well before arriving. Rooms were good size and very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Would stay here again!
This was my first stay at Ginza International Hotel, the area is very convenient with many shopping and dining options around. Also, it's walking distance to Ginza Shimbaishi station.

Great place to walk around the city. Lots of things to do, eat, shop, sightseeing… The room is spacious, extremely clean, very comfortable.
Staffs are nice and friendly. We enjoyed our time here.
Excellent staff, very clean room. Great Laundry machines. Some noise due to other guests just one night. Ear plugs helped. Bed really firm, but still ok. Appreciated extra pillow upon request.
Very attentive and courteous staff. Thank You!!
Great location for a whirlwind trip to Tokyo. Staff were very nice. Beds were hard although they did supply one mattress topper so one of us slept a little easier. Breakfast was average.
We had a bad Air BnB experience before arriving to hotel. Friendliness of the staff was truly heart warming and made our day. Hotel is in a very good location next to two metro stations and shopping possibilities. Ginza became my favourite area in Tokyo. The hotel is not necessarily bright new, but considering the price, in our opinion it was truly worth it. We had a lovely stay, thank you!
I did a lot of research about where to stay in Tokyo, and Ginza was the right decision, since it is a very nice area with lots of shopping and dinning options very close by. The hotel is perfectly located, close to two metro stations, walking distance to a bus that takes you to the airport, close to a Donky store, to Ginza 6, Uniqlo.... it was a wonderful experience, we definitively loved it.
Although the room is not that big, it is very functional and the bathroom has everything necessary including those wonderful wc's they have in Japan!!! The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel also has washing machines so you can do your laundry while you are there.
Highly recommendable.
It’s tiny by American standards, but if you’ve traveled through Europe, you’ll get it.
Ginza is very central. You’re a 15 minute walk from Tokyo tower and the Yamanote line (which essential to getting around).
The price was fair. The staff was friendly. If you don’t know Japanese, remember, Google translate is your friend.
Stayed one night with handlugagge only and the space was comfortable for that. I wanted to be close to Shimbashi St. and the location was great. Good value for money.
The only inconvenience was that I could hear the conversation people had in the hallway as if they were standing in my doorway. If sensitive to sound, this could be an issue.
The hotel is very well located, close to a metro station. It has everything you need, including an electric kettle, fridge, plates, and cutlery for having some fruit or tea in the evening. The sheets were changed every night. The hotel charged us in advance for the five nights we stayed. The area is very safe. The only downside was the internet, which kept cutting out at night. Additionally, the service staff didn’t offer any tours or directions to local attractions, so we had to figure that out on our own. Overall, we had a great experience, and if we return to Tokyo, we will definitely stay at the same hotel.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It’s not the most aesthetic hotel — the lobby is on the third floor, and there was construction on my floor during the day during my stay — but the room and bathroom were great. It had a comfortable square layout, unlike the other two hotels I stayed at in Japan, and was very spacious compared to many of the smaller hotel rooms you often find in Japan. I had a lot of luggage with me and was able to open everything and move around with ease. They also provide some nice toiletries in the lobby on the third floor. I appreciated the small laundry room as well, though you’ll need to run the dryer for quite a while to get your clothes dry (as is often the case with dryers in Japan). They offer daily room cleaning and provide door signs you can stick on — either for room cleaning or do not disturb. When I put up the do not disturb sign, they left a bag with fresh towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, and other essentials outside the door, which was really sweet and something I haven’t seen other hotels do before. The location is super convenient — very close to the train station with plenty of convenience stores nearby. I’d definitely stay here again!

Liked: Cleanliness
Great location. Walking distance to Ginza shopping and the closest subway stn had several lines, one of which goes to the airport.
Room is tight as most Tokyo hotels' are. My only wish is that the tv has one English channel and better bathroom sink drainage. But shower water pressure was great.
