3 minute walk from train station maybe shorter, it was quiet and clean and the staff was very friendly and spoke good enough english. Also had many amenities.

Great area, there's a lot of good market nearby and it's right next to a family market. It's a 14 minute walk to the train station. Staff are super friendly and helpful

Very close to a main Shinagawa station that gives you access to many different train lines mainly to all the major prefectures you want to see. Rooms a little on the small end but if your looking to just sleep and shower great location.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was nice size but old. No elevator so you have to carry your luggages through narrow stairs. No cleaning during entire stay- you take out your trash and request fresh towels at front desk. Hotel is 2-minute walk from Kitashinagawa station. Area can be noisy in the morning and early evening. Hotel is overpriced for its value.

Clean, quiet, small but perfectly adequate. Quiet part of town within walking distance of more local station and a major one just a bit further (Shinagawa).

Safe place, Quiet neighborhood, very basic hotel, extremely basic, little tricky to get to this hotel from Shinagawa station, until you get to know the place...around 10-15 minute walking distance..

Near Shinkansen

Very clean and comfortable, cheap washers and dryers. Nothing much to to in the are and it has a lot of local restaurants that won’t let you in. It’s good place to sleep to take the Shinkansen the next day to a different city

The staff can speak English well and provided good service and support. The hotel location is very near to Haneda airport. But you need to learn how to get to the airport properly. Japanese people are very kind and helpful. So just ask with Google Translator. As a new visitor to Japan, need advice how to get on the train properly. I just forgot to ask. The room is clean and well organized. Microwave and mini kitchen are available in the room. Walking to the nearest subway is a bit far for me, roughly 20 minutes walk. Probably I did not get used to walking this far to reach transportation. After getting used to the Tokyo train system, this hotel is a very good option. Family Mart is a few steps away from the hotel. Also there are another two supermarkets nearby. There are several restaurants in the area but I had no chance to try. This time I stayed only 2 nights. Next time I will stay longer.

The rooms were clean and compact, with a microwave and small cooker. Staff were excellent. Local shops and restaurants in this street and lovely area towards the wharf to walk.
