It has everything we needed:
1) 5 beds for 5 of us.
2) Working appliances / facilities (washer, air conditioner, sink, shower, bath, lights, fridge).
3) Large "under the bed" area to store suitcases.
4) Enough electrical outlet to charge our devices.
5) Clean and new.
6) Self checking, checkout, and elevator in building.
7) Area is not far from train stations, but it's also quiet and not noisy.
I did not communicate with building manager / host -- but there was also no need to.

Dodgers/Cubs World Tour Series, properties were scarce & expensive. Ours was affordable , but for a family of Five, 2 males are 6ft tall, approx 150-180 lbs, 3 females approx 115, 125 & 170lbs, it was small & tight for us. Bathroom was Too Small😢, with a tiny narrow sink, had to brush our teeth in the laundry room, shower & bath combo was spacious, with a ceiling heater. Kitchen, only used fridge & table, no broom. Washer available, but only small drying rack. We had planned to do laundry, but not having a dryer our clothes wouldn’t have dried. I don’t think anyone has a dryer, cause just about everywhere in Tokyo you see people’s clothes hanging out in their yards/patio areas, how their clothes dry is a mystery because it was cold & rained 4-5 days that we were there. The area is quite & safe & nearby 7-11 & Family Marts. Btw, 7-11 has delicious food. Gotanda train station is about a 15 min walk, not bad going there, coming back it’s uphill so a bit tiring, especially after going to all the tourist attractions, Shopping (great!) and walking, walking & more walking. Be prepared to walk a LOT & fast! Everyone is Super friendly, helpful & FIT. They walk and bike around everywhere. The public bathrooms are clean and they have bidet’s everywhere you go. Overall, I would definitely Recommend if you’re on a budget & traveling with 3 people at the most. You can use the additional beds to store or open up your luggage.

Located near 2 train stations, it has a vending machine outside and a couple of convenience stores near.
This is not for large families. it was extremely small. dryer system in the bathroom does not dry clothes at all. I would say its ok for 3 people max. my Family is a family of 5, we were all squashed (and we only had 1 checked bag and backpacks). Check in was slightly confusing and if it wasnt for the "building owner" (I have no idea who the nice man was?) walking up to us we wouldnt know how to open the door.
