Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The amenities were great and the room was always kept clean with fresh linens and towels provided daily. Loved the complimentary tea and coffee available in the lobby. Breakfast was available but the options were quite limited. Mainly Thai dishes like congee, green curry, tom yum soup with rice, salad, corn and broccoli. The small continental section had scrambled eggs, sausages, croissants, bread, brioche buns with whipped butter and blueberry/strawberry jams, plus yoghurt with frozen strawberries and blueberries. Drinks included apple juice, Thai milk tea and filter coffee. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small but overall it was a good stay and great value.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke English well enough to communicate. They helped a lot with the luggage transfer to Osaka. The breakfast buffet was average. It's pretty much the same Thai breakfast menu everyday.

Roppongi Station is only steps outside the hotel and convenient to reach Shibuya and Shinjuku. Roppongi also has plenty of restaurants and nightlife options. The hotel is a decent size relative to other Japanese hotels and the staff are quite helpful and friendly.
