Moisissure dans la salle de bain, personnel peu accueillant et pas souriant! Ascenseur qui va seulement jusqu’au 6eme étage… on a une chambre au 7eme… nous avions beaucoup de valise à descendre et à monter à pied sans oublier qu’on étais avec un bébé d’un an… c’était très éprouvant chaque jour… je déconseille l’hôtel pour les famille avec des bébés.

냄새나여

배게에서 음식점다녀와서 옷에 베인냄새 나고 어매니티 하나도 없고 무엇보다 방음 1도 안돼서 외부소음 대박이에요 바깥소리 다 들려서 야외 길바닥에서 자는 느낌 ㅋㅋ 아무리 저렴한 숙소라지만 돈 받고 영업하는 곳인데 이건 좀 너무한것 같아요

とても快適！

チェックイン時に荷物がたくさんあり、部屋まで一緒に運んでくれて、宅配の預かりや、スーツケースの預かりも受けてくれました。 丁寧に対応してくれて、本当にお世話になりました。交通のアクセスも羽田空港から一本で、周りの環境もとてもよかったです。 また帰国時に利用したいです！

他の方のレビューを見て正直不安でした。テレビ冷蔵庫エアコンドライヤー食器バスタオルあります。エアコンの匂いも気にならなかったです！駅　スーパー　コンビニ　カフェ　飲食店近くにたくさんあります。スタッフの方はチェックインの際などお会いしていませんがメッセージでやりとりできるのですぐに連絡できて対応して頂けるのでわざわざロビーに行く手間が省けてありがたかったです。ベランダもとても綺麗で朝からベランダでコーヒーを飲んでゆっくり過ごしました！ここは場所的にも東京のいろんな所に行けたので安いし今度から東京行くなら絶対ここです！素敵な旅ができました。ありがとうございました！ レビューを見て悩んでいる方へ！ 部屋に上がるまでの階段は建物が古いので少しボロく感じますが室内は本当に素敵なホテルでした！対応もいいです！トイレとお風呂が別なのもありがたい！ベットも綺麗でした！布団の匂いも気にならないです！ハンガーなどもあって夜洗濯できたのも助かりました。

スタッフは愛想が悪く、 とにかく部屋が汚い。 布団は汗臭くシーツカバーなどは代えられていない。タオル類も臭く使う気になれませんでした。 最悪です

This accommodation was really good the only downside was the lift didn’t go all the way up to or room, it stopped two levels below and then we had to carry luggage and prams up two floors of stairs. Otherwise was good accommodation

部屋が汚いです

メールでのご対応はとてもスムーズでとても良い印象でした。ですが、とにかく部屋が汚なかったです！禁煙のはずですがタバコ臭く、ベランダにはタバコの空箱が２つあり、外からの階段のドアが開いていてそこにも恐らくタバコの吸い殻入れがありいっぱいだったように見えました。部屋の机の下には多分前のお客の忘れ物のおそらく折りたたみ傘のカバーともう一つ何か時計のような物が落ちていました。ベッドのシーツには髪の毛がついていましたし、壁は汚れていて、上にホコリが積もっていました。埃や匂いで眠れなくなる時があるので、思わず掃除をした程です！日本でここまでの低いクオリティーの部屋(の割には金額はそれなりに払っています)は初めてで、びっくりしました！お掃除していないと思います。
