This property was a little more expensive than a different hotel we stayed in Tokyo but the area was more fun and very characteristic Tokyo. However, the room was very small - which I expected - and the windows looked out onto a wall about 3 feet away. So no natural light and the bathroom felt like I was in a cruise ship and it smelled.

Everything is excellent except there’s musty feel in the air…..may be the carpet and the colour make it worse.

Really comfy stay in Akasaka. About 6 minutes walk from a couple subway stations and pretty close to Tokyo Central station, Shibuya station, and Shinjuku station. Akasaka is not as popular but still just as interesting to walk through in the night.

Hotel is inexpensive and in a walkable part of town, but the rooms are very outdated on in the inside. Our wash room had black mold above and behind the shower unit. Staff was friendly and accommodating, but we would probably not stay here again.

The rooms are spacious for a family, even though the area may be a bit too adult with bars and clubs mostly. We have 2 large beds which was good, I was hoping that the included bunkbeds had sheets and were made so it was more ready for kids to get on than a bare mattress.

The shower was amazing! The room had a kitchenette and clothes washer/dryer. Staff were helpful. Very good location for restaurants and nightlife. One the other hand, it was a bit noisy late at night and annoying I could hear the sound of other guests doing their clothes drying in the machine during the night.

Lovely staff but do not accept a room in the annex. That bit is really 3 star accommodation at best with very small rooms. Beds, pillows and linen great though.

The hotel was nice, very close to the Akasaka station and also the Akasaka Mitsuke station. Super convenient. Plenty of eateries, Donki, conbini, salons, etc. Staff was very helpful and accommodating, response time was very quick. I just wish the electrical outlets in the room had the three-hole outlet. The room was in the Annex, and was plenty roomy for the three of us. It was a fun experience being so close to the TBS building, we got to visit there for the fan events for the upcoming spring TV dramas. The cherry blossoms were really nice to see.

Don't judge the book by its cover. Actually, it was a clean, nice, and spacious room. The bathroom was big and nice showers. Staff were good especially when the receptionist very early morning made sure we got the right taxi and also he gave us umbrella to use so we don't get wet. Many restaurant options around.

The rooms are small with no views outside the window (for most rooms). This is for the “annex” to the hotel. This is a high traffic hotel and it is a little dirty. It felt expensive ($440/night) for what we got.

This hotel is located between two main lines for trains so it was so convenient to get anywhere. There are also so many restaurants to choose from as well as supermarkets for food. The bed part of the room was a little small but the bathroom was quite spacious with a nice shower with different features. There are also two elevators making it convenient to get in and out of the hotel quickly.

Stayed here for 6 nights for Tokyo Marathon. Decent hotel in an excellent location. Walkable to both Asakasa and Asakasa-Mitse stations. Plenty of dining options all around. A pretty busy area that felt safe to walk around even at midnight. Hotel is a bit on the older side. There is an onsite restaurant which always seemed empty and we never tried it. Room is smaller than what you see in pictures, but it’s Tokyo and most rooms are usually much smaller that what you get in US. Room service was pretty good. There is a stove, a mini fridge and a washer inside the room and this was very handy. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I would gladly stay here again.

Amazing Stay for an Amazing Price
This hotel was by far better than the pictures depicted. Having a washer and dryer in the room was huge. Biggest plus was that the rooms were very spacious and the bed was actually a Queen Size bed. Great location in the business district with lots of food and night light available. Everything is close by - 7/11, family mart, and train station. Looking forward to booking this again next year.

Akasaka Perfect Stay
The Centurion Resident Akasaka is a great stay! Highly recommend if you will be staying in the Tokyo area. It’s centrally located to all of the popular attractions and just a short walk to the train station. Better yet though, it has a ton of restaurants, bars and convenient stores right next to it. The staff is very accommodating and speak English if that is a concern. Room was great! Secluded balcony, spacious living area and great bathtub for soaking. I will definitely return for my next Japan trip!

QUEEN size BED!!!!
Great location. Clean. Room bigger than expected with an actual queen size bed!!! Very comfortable. Which the room had more Hooks to hang considering the space. Would definitely book again.

Property seemed older. Our room had some water damage on the walls and had a wet, odorous smell when we arrived. Laundry machine smelled like mold. The property is surrounded by bars/ hostess bars and businessmen. It did not feel like the safest place to out after dark.
