The Cha-An is in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood (an escape from the bustle of the city), but also very walkable to the train station and restaurants. It is brand new having been open only 6 months so everything is in perfect shape and is very clean and functioning. The one drawback for international travelers is that the staff speaks little to no English so communication is very difficult.

地點方便，近JR上野站，設施頗新， 唯酒店採用自助式check in，早上十點才能寄存行李， 此舉極不方便。 房間除了訓覺也沒有空間擺放物件，睡房床褥太軟身， 特別是按摩床，訓到腰痛，本末倒置， 地下公共煮食空間要六間房嘅人share，不會再來，不推薦！

Lovely new hotel in great location

Location was very good 5 minutes walk to all shopping in zueno. Checkin was very simple and as the room was ready we got in a little early. The design of the room was really good it made it very spacious. Not a cheap hotel but this is Tokyo. I would happily use this hotel again.
