Good location and customer service
Location: The hotel is a walking distance to Akihabara and Suehirocho stations. It is also a walking distance to Owl Cafe, Fukurou, Wangyu Yakinku Panga, and Sultan restaurants. It has a 24-hr Lawson mart nearby as well, and is well surrounded by drinks vendor machines around it. Hotel: The room is clean, free toiletries to take near the lift and the staffs there are very friendly. Check-in and check-out were smooth as well. The toilet seat has bidet, bathtub and shower as well. At the lift lobby, free hot drinks, ice and water which you can dispense. There is also 1 drink vendor machine near the lift. Their Wi-fi is stable too! So much love for this hotel. Will definitely choose this hotel again if I'm visiting Japan again.

Decent hotel for a short stay. Room is considered spacious given it’s located in Tokyo. Walking distance to the happening Akihabara streets. Amenities, coffee machine, water purifier are located in the lobby.

Newly renovated, clean and spacious compared to hotels in Japan. Located near Okachimachi Station and walking distance to Akihabara JR Station within 10 minutes.

Spring trip 2021
They allowed us to check in early. Fresh sheets/towels everyday. And very near 2 major stations (Ueno and Akihabara). Convenient and comfy. The hubby also loved that it's near the shops in Akihabara. He can go out and explore anytime he likes.

Great Value
It's about a 10-15 min walk from the closest JR station or Subway, so if you have big heavy cases it might be difficult to get too. The rooms are small but very clean. For the price it's a great place to stay and a good hub to explore Tokyo.

The location was fantastic. Right near Akihabara Electric Town, Ueno Park and the station. The staff were great and very nice. The room was modern and comfortable.

convienient to Akihabara's electric town but not a lot of facilities in the hotel. not that you need them as bars/ convenience stores etc are so close by. rooms are small but its tokyo so thats to be expected. Would stay again.

Good hotel, with a lovely owner
I had 16 clients stay here plus myself, the front desk was a little overwhelmed, but they did a great shop working through it. It's a small hotel, but clean and comfortable. The WiFi is strong and nearby are parking places( udx parking) for big vans. (6 minutes walk with a maximum price of 2000 yen on weekdays and 3000 yen on the weekends) The beds are comfortable band you'll have a big TV. The owner (a sweet older lady) didn't protest and helped canceling some reservations from 4 nights to 2 nights, because all rooms were non smoking and some clients needed their nicotine fix. I contacted hotels.com, told them about my predicament and they called the hotel and cancelled the rooms. Big thumbs up for both hotels.com and the hotel. The only minus I see is that the hotel is located on a street which was in the opposite direction of all the places I had to drive to, Tokyo station, shibuya, Shinjuku and roppongi, which meant that I had to enter a narrow street and cross a busy street to get into the opposite lane.

Excellent for Foreigners visiting Akihabara
This hotel is perfect for foreigners or people who don’t speak Japanese since it is an American Hotel. The staff speaks decent English and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. This hotel is about a ten minute walk away from Akihabara.

Clean, modern hotel
Smaller hotel room, but average for Tokyo. Breakfast selection was ok, given the tiny breakfast room. Reasonably close walk to two JR train stations. No exercise room available at this hotel.

A rather spacious room size by Japanese standard,esp the huge bathroom. My reason for choosing is coz I’ve a phobia of old hotels n this hotel is newly opened so everything is new. A short flat-surfaced walk 7min walk from the train station, I had no problem taking the train from Haneda to my hotel doorstep middle of night with 2 large luggage! Lots of decent cheap breakfast around the hotel. Just a 8min walk away from Ueno market I love this place. Quiet area nearest to hotel yet a bustling Ueno minutes away. Me and my elderly mum were placed in the second floor and nearest to the lift but trust me we couldn’t hear anything/anyone the entire 7 nights and some days when my mum decides to rest longer n earlier in hotel due to the cold winter. They have a humidifier in the room which is a nice touch as we aren’t use to the dry winter. I’ll definitely b back again when I’m here with my kids next.

Convenient to trains, restaurant and shopping
Close to 2 train stations. Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Took taxi from train station when we first arrived. Driver couldn't find place. Seems to be a common problem in Tokyo. Easy to get to once you have been there. There was some dirt on toilet seat and strength of shower for toilet was not strong enough. It was supposed to be adjustable but even at highest was not strong

good location, good value
The hotel is located in good location but a little bit far from train/subway station about 5-10 mins walk. The staffs are very nice and well prepared during the night of Hagibis typhoon. There's a Lawson minimart next to the hotel . The room is standard clean. The bed is good. Overall this is a nice hotel , good value , suitable for people who enjoy akihabara or ueno area
