Staff at checkin/ checkout were lovely. Hotel was located a close walk to shinjuku’s main busy area. Room was as described, small but had everything we needed. Rooms walls were very scuffed up waist level and down. assuming from large suitcases banging against them as there is barely enough space to open a suitcase. overall pleasant stay.

Loved our stay here! Staff was friendly and there was so much to do all around! It was a little noisy at night with ambulances, cars, ect, but we did expect that staying in Shinjuku.
