The hotel was nice and spacious. The staff was welcoming and friendly and spike English. The restaurant, Torrent, had really delicious food, I loved their course menu. They had options of 5000 yen and 8000 yen. The location was also great becuase it was within walking sistance to Shibuya station and had many rsataurants around it.

The room is quite spacious and cozy, the view is great, the location is perfect. The breakfast was also very good, although after three days I got a bit bored of it. The cofee could also be better.

This was a super convenient location! We stayed for 5 nights in Tokyo & were able to take the train everywhere since the station is attached by a walk way. Hotel was comfortable & clean. There are so many restaurants in the attached mall, as well as around the area. The shopping there was great also. I’ll definitely stay again!

At $130,000 Yen a night ($6581 hkd, or $840 usd), this hotel is absolutely a rip off due to how “start-up” and lack of professional hotel experience they have. Firstly, the rooms are incredibly tiny. The Standard double bed room I originally booked was only 220-240sq/ft (first video), and that was already close to $80,000 Yen. It was so small that I upgraded to the 2nd biggest room they have at $130,000/night, which is only $420-440 sq/ft. Even for this premium pricing, the room was highly inadequate. Severely flawed designs, such as: - no hanger for bathroom towels after the shower in bathroom - no work area; electric plug in odd locations - very rough bathroom set-up - poor user experience in both hotel rooms. Feels like they rushed the opening of this hotel like a pop-up. My blankets and bedsheets for the 2 beds smelled like sweat from the previous guests upon check-in. The next day, i put up the room service sign, and went downstairs to the reception to complain about the the bedsheets and blanket. After the housekeepers changed it, I realized the housekeepers didnt do anything else— no changing of towel, no refilling of water/coffee, emptying of trash, absolutely nothing. Overall the service is at this hotel is just as bad as the room design. Every complaint or issued raised is followed by doubt and further questioning of whether it was the guests' fault or not. Even before the check-in, it was very difficult reaching the hotel reception. No responses.

Prime location with direct access to the train station, Airport Express, shopping & dining. A tastefully designed hotel with friendly staff and efficient services. Although it is at a busy area, our rooms (2 rooms) were quiet inside. I would stay in this hotel again if I were to visit Tokyo again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay here! It was in the same building as multiple food options, a less than 5 minute walk from Shibuya crossing, and walkable to anything else we wanted to see. We booked a standard twin room for us and our two children ages 9&11. Sleeping was a bit of a squeeze, but honestly most hotel rooms are in Japan and it ended up being the most spacious room we stayed in during our trip. The staff also went out of their way to help us recover a wallet we lost in an uber, and it was returned with everything intact. We would stay here again should we come back to Tokyo.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Shibuya. Hotel room is small like most hotels in Japan but the room was quiet. Nice view. And everything is in walking distance. Was very affordable and the staff was nice. They also have morning buffets where hotel guess get a discount.

Great hotel with a large spacious and very modern room. With separate toilet, bath and shower. Good location with easy walk to trains, Shibuya for shops and restaurants. My only drawback were two things. 1) Breakfast is a waste of money and you’re better off at one of the local cafes. Easily my worst meal of entire trip. 2) Late checkout was only for an hour extra for a charge which was disappointing compared to others I’ve stayed at whilst on this trip.

The room was super super tiny - they probably reserve the worst rooms for Expedia customers because the room next to ours was quite large in comparison! The staff is brusque and surly. It’s not a language issue. They just don’t have a hospitality vibe.

Beautiful hotel and very clean. We loved the complimentary face masks in the foyer. Unfortunately my daughter was hoping to have a robot deliver French fries to the room but a human delivered a packet of crisps!! Can’t fault the hotel we will book again.

We love that it was so close to shibuya yet we could access everything via the 2nd level link bridge without walking around all the construction and crowd. Shibuya is so well linked we could get almost everywhere without any transfers. The rooms were also very good size by Tokyo standards.

Great location close to Shibuya crossing as well as the trains to get anywhere in Tokyo. Breakfast was also delicious!

Very low value. Bad service.
Excellent location. Amazing location that’s it. Hotel staff is indifferent, can it be that the Japanese staff learned how to ignore things? Breakfast is terrible, pricey and they try their best to make sure you don’t get in and if you do, you leave ASAP. bar staff was an exception few very nice folks but the bar was just open in the weekend. Why? Why? Why? The room was good at best, I took the much more expensive one (imagine regular). If you plan to sleep only and do it above a train station on one side and tennis court on the other, this is your place. Imo it’s 2 star hotel. You should see the gym

Wonderful and convenient hotel with tons of things to do nearby. The corner rooms were nice with large windows and we enjoyed the view of the city. We only wished there were hooks to hang our towels.
