"It’s hard to say what the most important thing is for a hotel stay. Is it 1) the property and room, 2) the food or 3) the staff? Well, it doesn’t matter with this property cause you’re winning on all 3. Quiet location at the end of summer/beginning of autumn, room size was good, room was clean, bed was fairly comfortable, bedding was great (the best pillows of the 8 hotels I’ve stayed in Japan). "China (Cheena) looked after us so well. She did everything, cooking , cleaning, driving us to ski resort. Our train was cancelled and they came to pick us up at Bandai Altima at a cost which was terrific. There actually is a bus from Koriyama to the Ski Resort however the bus station seemed unable to tell us that. It would have been good information from Reitopia also. Anyway it was very kind to pick us up. The menu is a bit limited and it seemed there were other things to eat, if you were in...

"全体的に汚いが犬okだし、最後に写真撮ってくれたし、部屋風呂ではなく広いお風呂があった！結局、部屋風呂に入ったけど排水溝の水が流れなくて広い風呂に行けばよかったと思った！なにより立地良くて安いから那須いく際はまた泊まりたいと思った。"

10/10 Excellent

"Tho location was excellent, so close to station and sights. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. My only minor complaint was the breakfast area was very crowded and confusing with guests coming from every direction, possibly some signs to help direct guests where to start and direction to go. Not really hotel’s fault that it was crowded. Next time I would wait and eat later because it seemed less crowded later in the morning."

"The hotel was easy to find and very close to Sendai train station. The pillows were VERY thin, I would highly suggest either bringing your own or ask the staff for an additional pillow. There's a Lawson's on the first floor which makes it convenient for snacks/water etc. The room was small but for one night it worked for what we needed. The A/C worked very well. The staff was wonderfuland the hotel was very clean!"

"Very pleasantly surprised after arriving here on our first day in Sendai. The staff were very attentive, patient, and thorough. The rooms were clean and decently sized. The location was also very convenient and the breakfast is a major bonus. The options were very diverse and tasty, highly recommend when staying here."
