"We had the two queen bed suite. The TV in the living space area didn’t work so the front desk gal came and fixed it right away. And then we also discovered there were no pillows for the sofa bed sleeper… When asked to get some, she said guests cleaned her out but will look for some… 10 minutes later she came knocking on the door with a pillow… She went out of her way to find one! Very nice gal!!"
