"My staff rating was based on both Michelle, who was the manager, and the young lady who checked us in. That young lady messed up. I had reserved a room on the ground floor because my wife and I are in our 80s AND we had a lot of luggage and musical instruments to take into our room (and there is no elevator to the 2nd floor -- where she assigned us). Evidently, she missed that we had a room already reserved on the ground floor. I, consequently, wrote a very negative review at that time. Upon checking out, we dealt with Michelle -- who was about as upset that we were not given our assigned room as we were. She was terrific. Other than the room assignment error on the part of the staff person checking us in, I would highly recommend the Hamburg Inn and Suites."

"Overall great property. Used it for a guys golf visit to Arbor Links which was only 1.5 miles away so it couldn’t have been more convenient. House well stocked with items needed. AC worked great given the 95 plus temps. Would certainly recommend it to anyone."
