"Online description was accurate overall. It does state that the pictures may not depict your actual room but it was similar. We booked a studio which was more than adequate for my husband and I. Location was great, very close to downtown. We arrived in the evening so it was dark, a little confusing to navigate at first not being familiar with the area. Very cute little “village”. "This downstairs condo in a 4 unit cabin style condo met our expectations and was just 10 to 15 mins into Boone which is well worth visiting. We particularly enjoyed the rural setting and the short walk around the lake."

"The strong odor that greets you, should’ve been our first sign to leave. This place is not updated. It was a private room but a shared building, which was surprising. The unit was old, not updated, and appeared that the owner just found cheap old furniture. There were no spare linens, stains on the walls/ceilings, and none of the windows would lock, meaning anyone could open them from the outside. It is a huge safety concern."
