"Overall it was a good stay. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice. The staff at the restaurant, pool and front desk were very good. The AC would not cool the room much. We called for service and the solution was to set the temp at 10ºC, but the room temp never changed. We had to call for an extra pillow three times. The wifi outside of the room is not great. The gym is too small for such a large hotel. Long waits due to only three working treadmills. "

"The roomm was bear. There was toilet paper and a towel. The sheets were clean but extremely thin. The lock on the door was hard to open with the old fashion key. The air conditioning was working. I have stayed at this hotel but the location and shuttle outweight the lack of immenities for one night. This night it bothered me. No hot water and all rooms were upstairs, no elevator. I have stayed at cheaper hotels for much less money. It was not worth the $61.00 that I paid for the night. I won't stay again."

"Room was alright. We have paid less and received more. There was an alarm for a tech room beeping all night. Can hear the people next and above us quite clearly. Lobby looks nice but room was meh. Restaurant very expensive for what you get. "

"I had a great stay at this property. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a big difference in comfort. The staff was friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Overall, everything was smooth and easy, and the property delivered a very comfortable experience. The hotel does feel a bit dated in some areas, and the internet in the rooms can be somewhat unstable, which could be improved. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again. Location is fantastic. "

"The breakfast buffet was good and offered a good variety of Panamanian and American food. The hotel was convenient to dining and shopping. The room was clean, quiet and had good air conditioning. The free parking was good, and might be tight for a large vehicle, but there were plenty of spaces. The neighborhood felt safe. "

"No activities. Food is 1/10 I left starving only ate enuff to get me by and not be sick. It’s very much so bottom of the barrel kind of resort. "
