"This Hotel/Onsen was very relaxing with nice facilities. The Mikimoto pearl shampoo and body wash that was provided in each room was amazing. The Onsen options was amazing as well the Breakfast and dinners was very high quality and delicious. The shuttle that runs you to the station every hour was very convenient and on time. We had a fantastic stay."

"建物自体は古いので設備などは昭和の香りがしましたが、メンテナンスや清掃は行き届いていたので過ごしやすい環境が整っていました。
とにかく、ワンちゃんファーストなので、何も気をつかうことがなく、私も愛犬もストレスを感じずに幸せ気分になれました。
スタッフさんは皆親切で、優しい時間が流れてたホテルです。
お食事も丁寧に作られていて、とても美味しかったです。
うちのワンちゃんは、ワンバーグ何お気に入りでした。"
