"Worst place ever, no hot water the water heater had wires out. The house was very dusty and dirty, bathroom was never cleaned. Missing pillows on sofa and bedroom. Did not feel safe leaving things, one of the windows needed to stay open for the gas line. Paid for 6 days, stayed for one night only! Bugs, spiders, dirty sheets. No WiFi, very hard to find. "

"The house is nicely decorated, the beds are very comfortable, we enjoyed being close to the main markets. We found the streets around the area very busy. Too much noise coming from heavy traffic. Merchants with loud speakers and loud music from the restaurant and bars next door all day long. But most everything was at a walking distance. And two parking lots on the same street was very helpful as well."

When I complained, they upgraded me to a room in their sister hotel, Casa Olié, It was roomy, had a king-size bed and was excellent. I will stay there whenever I am in Oaxaca. a cruise ship. When I complained and requested a cancellation, they upgraded me to an excellent room room"
