"Boutique property. Real feel for Mexico with art decor. Beach clean, service on beach good, beds available. Walkable to town centre. It would be good if management with rest of hotels nearby cleared seaweed away. Starts to smell when dumped together"

"Staff is very super friendly and honest. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. Rooms are clean and every detail combines with whole hotel’s theme. My wife forgot her weeding band after we checked out. She called the hotel lobby and there it was. Housekeeping lady returned the ring and receptionist gave it back to her. Besides that they were very honest with their recommendations. Fuego restaurant was also very good. Good quality food and excellent service. Great place near bioluminescence activity. "

"If six stars was an option for service, I would give them a 6! Great place in a perfect location. Fantastic experience! Loved the hotel vibes - built in and around nature. The rooms are beautiful, simple, and very clean , have everything you need. There is yoga and breakfast every morning, both of which are fantastic. Every staff member is genuine and so kind. Absolutely amazing service and food. I felt very comfortable and relax during my stay."

"The location is BEAUTIFUL so close to the beach I love how it’s one of the less busy beaches which gives you that peace and relaxation. And if you want to do any tours need transportation food anything you can schedule or get all that there at the hotel. The staff was nice I had a great time staying here. I would definitely recommend. (I was iffy at first because it was one of the more older properties on the island but the pictures don’t do it justice!! Much better in person) there’s also some beach clubs and great restaurants less than a 5 minute walk from the property… anyways we loved it. "
