"Friendly, a little funky and cool. Only complaint is that the walls are paper thin. If you are sensitive to noise, you will definitely want ear plugs."

"We really enjoyed this hotel and we would stay here again! It is more affordable than similar properties that are right within Newport but is still an easy ten or so minute drive into the heart of Newport. The property was clean and modern. I wish we had time to use the heated pool!"

"We only stayed one night, but had a wonderful stay. Our room was huge, had a water view (2 actually), and the check-in was painless and early. The location was walkable, going past a really nice, large beach, to the northern end of the cliff walk trail and the city bus back from downtown drops you off across the street from this property. Not much more we could have asked for with a one-night visit to Newport."

"They could be a little better organized. The same employee who checked us in walked in on us 30 minutes later thinking the room was unassigned. Also, and this applies to many hotels, checkout is 11am, breakfast should be served until 10:30, not 9:30."

"We love staying here. It's very clean and our room was updated and very nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is just out of town and a quick drive to the beach."

"Our stay was very good. Other than external noise, some sirens, it was great. The gym, restaurant (Flemings), front desk staff and valet were all terrific. Friendly, attentive and informative. We walked to an event at the Amica Pavilion and the front desk gave us detailed, accurate instructions on how to get there. We will stay here again and recommend them highly."

"It was a really nice hotel, but for the price you think you’d even get complementary breakfast. I definitely think it should’ve been cheaper. After purchasing my stay there were so many other nice hotels for half the price. Still really nice place and staff was great."

"My rating would be 4.5 but not given that option. Best hotel breakfast we have recently had. The eggs actually tasted like eggs. I think Bob is name of man who takes care of breakfast, and is shuttle driver. He was great. He indicated hotel is about to be totally renovated. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. The only disappointment is pool is only open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. When I checked out the pool the following day the water was cloudy. There was definitely a chemical problem so I was unable to swim."
