"The hotel’s listings are majorly photo enhanced and misinformed. I will give a detailed and extremely honest review. Upon check-in we were told 1 of 2 rooms were not ready and so they separated my family of 3 children by 2 rooms. The room we booked was supposed to be ready the following morning, not a problem as we checked in during evening time and left 1 suitcase unpacked. They offered to “upgrade us” which was exciting. However, the upgrades were rooms that were under heavy construction and the rooms were in very poor condition. The entire floor where we stayed was under a lot of construction. Mornings were noisy, our balcony doors and windows were right in front of 25 commercial grade Air conditioning systems, you could hear them as if the window was open. The room heat/ac never worked. The door locks broke 2-3 times, and our key system was faulty. We were only able to have 1 key work out of 10. Bathrooms are falling apart, the shower head sprays water from the ceiling onto the floor near toilet. The tiles broken, the handle bar in shower was falling off. Water sits in the shower and overflows onto bathroom floor. The hallways full of construction dust and plaster chips. Walls are all wet paint or cement dust, our clothes were constantly getting dirty. The mattresses are broken so the center curves inward. Food is average to less than. The only thing that’s nice is the staff, they are kind but don’t really understand what you ask for. "

"We have been coming back here for many years and although it had significantly changed over the years and the service level from staff has been disappointing at times it’s still a great hotel. "

"Great hotel highly recommended outdoor pools are cold and 6 minute walk from land of legends quite nice and clean and if you need anything they would come to your room straight away to deliver what you need "

"If you go out of season everything seems closed and it’s just tough luck! Spotless in cleanliness. Food average. Alcohol ok. "

"Winter season vs summer season is a big difference in options. Winter has only 1 restaurant in the all inclusive as a buffet. The other restaurants are pay to eat if they are even open. Activities also limited in winter. Still a very beautiful place and overall staff was nice. Only hiccup was being sent to belek city center in the evening which was kind of expensive by cab, and by the time we got there everything was closed with a few exceptions and it felt a little unsafe. Entire city is less active in winter not just resorts... as far as we could gather all resorts partially shut down in winter"

"Room sevislce average, the bed not clean and old, staff not professional all over, accept the bar staff they were good. the bed in the room was full of biting small bugs, can you imagine, we couldn't sleep at all , we kept complaining to the receptionist, then they sent a notice to the hotels guests that they the hotel wants to spray the rooms !! Cats were all over the hotels, in the restaurants , in the lobby, they jump all over none stop, the night entertainment was poor and boring, most guests they were playing cards because they were bored. The swimming pool was kept always colder than average, at 24 degrees, ansld sure never 28 degrees. And they had about 3 football teams as a guests in the hotel, unfortunately most of them they didn't obey the rools for the hygienic for the sauna and steam room etc. Finally, i felt sorry and upset that it was a waist of my money, especially in comparison to the hotel which we stayed in before this hotel. "Side turkey " even this hotel they it cost more then the previous hotel which we stayed in just before we moved to this hotel, "
