Parfait pour un séjour avec des enfants. Kids club avec pleins d’activités et sécurisé. Restauration au top, nous avons très bien mangé. Les chambres tres bien, mini bar approvisionné tous les jours, chambre nettoyée tous les jours aussi. Je recommande !

Second time visiting this excellent resort with very friendly staff and everything you could ask for. Only mishap was a birthday arrangement that failed to take place. Make sure to confirm birthday arrangements with the team as I was not informed of any celebration options and therefore nothing was done and the opportunity was missed sadly.

Nous avons séjourné pour la deuxième fois dans cet hôtel après deux ans, et une nouvelle fois, nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances. Le personnel est toujours aussi bienveillant. Nous souhaitons remercier tout particulièrement Ahmet, au restaurant principal, pour sa sympathie, sa bonne humeur et son efficacité ! Les spectacles proposés le soir sont agréables, et il y a toujours de la musique après pour ceux qui aiment faire la fête. Nous avons adoré déjeuner au restaurant de la plage le midi. La nourriture est variée et de bonne qualité. Séjourner dans les petites villas avec piscine privée et accès au club-house est vraiment très relaxant, tout en permettant de profiter des nombreuses activités à proximité. L’hôtel est grand sans être excessif, ce qui le rend vraiment très agréable. Quelques points négatifs toutefois : à notre arrivée à 23h, aucun lit parapluie n’était prêt pour ma fille et nous avons dû relancer la réception pour l’obtenir. Après vérification le lendemain, nous avons constaté que le lit était vraiment très sale, mais il a été remplacé rapidement. Il s’agissait peut-être simplement d’une erreur liée à l’heure tardive de notre arrivée. Concernant le ménage, il pourrait être amélioré. Nous avons également noté un manque de rangement, aussi bien dans la chambre que dans la salle de bain. Malgré ces quelques points à améliorer, nous reviendrons peut-être une troisième fois.

Unser Aufenthalt im IC Hotels Santai Family Resort in Belek war einfach hervorragend. Die Anlage ist wunderschön gepflegt, sehr sauber und ideal für Familien. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die große Auswahl an Pools, die direkte Strandlage und das abwechslungsreiche Essen im Hauptrestaurant. Das Personal war jederzeit super freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren modern, komfortabel und wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt. Auch das Animationsprogramm und die Aktivitäten für Kinder waren sehr professionell organisiert. Die Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel war entspannt und gleichzeitig lebendig. Besonders gefallen haben uns die gepflegten Grünanlagen, Mixology Bar und der breite Sandstrand. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist definitiv sehr gut. Wir würden das IC Hotels Santai Family Resort in Belek jederzeit wieder besuchen und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Room sevislce average, the bed not clean and old, staff not professional all over, accept the bar staff they were good. the bed in the room was full of biting small bugs, can you imagine, we couldn't sleep at all , we kept complaining to the receptionist, then they sent a notice to the hotels guests that they the hotel wants to spray the rooms !! Cats were all over the hotels, in the restaurants , in the lobby, they jump all over none stop, the night entertainment was poor and boring, most guests they were playing cards because they were bored. The swimming pool was kept always colder than average, at 24 degrees, ansld sure never 28 degrees. And they had about 3 football teams as a guests in the hotel, unfortunately most of them they didn't obey the rools for the hygienic for the sauna and steam room etc. Finally, i felt sorry and upset that it was a waist of my money, especially in comparison to the hotel which we stayed in before this hotel. "Side turkey " even this hotel they it cost more then the previous hotel which we stayed in just before we moved to this hotel,
