Wonderful hotel with lots of activities for kids. Great location-close to the airport and has private beach. There was alot of food which was tasty and varied. Stayed in star swim up villa which was a lovely setting and spacious for family of four. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic all inclusive Food & Drink

This is a really great hotel, with fantastic facilities which can be used all year round. Warm enough in February to sit by the outside pool bar for large parts of the day. Great service at the bars and great food in the restaurants. The great thing about this hotel is that the beer served (efes) actually tastes like efes 🍺, which isn’t always the case in some of the all inclusive hotels in Turkey. The beer in this hotel is lively (not flat which is often the case at all inclusive hotels) and not watered down. For this reason alone, the IC HOTELS SANTAI FAMILY RESORT is now our preferred destination for future golf trips to BELEK.

In fact, I thank the IC Group in Lara and Belek. I visited the Belek Resort this time, something very special and luxurious. I thank all the workers in this beautiful resort, from the reception to the workers in the restaurant. Very diverse and excellent in food.

Very nice hotel for travel with kids. Lots of activities, private beach, outside and inside pools (they are not advertising it but inside pool is heated!). Be prepared to gain some kgs as you can’t die from starvation in this hotel, you will be able to eat different delicious foods every mealtime. What we were missing this time was vegetarian pasta options. The public area, for example elevators needs little more cleaning.

5 out of 5 stars. This hotel is outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. We traveled with children, and the hotel offers plenty of activities to keep them entertained. The food was amazing, and the staff were friendly and polite. The animations were 5-star quality as well. We've stayed at this hotel three times now, and we absolutely love it. We originally booked a villa, but were later upgraded to a superior villa, which was even more incredible. The staff took great care of us, and we are grateful for their attentiveness. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return next year!

The hotel met expectations and in some areas (lake area and villas, aqua park) even exceeded them. The food was OK but much simpler than in Rixos we stayed last year, but it was reflected in a lower price. The pools were not heated and water relatively cold, but no one promised the heating. Otherwise, I liked the hotel, the facilities were excellent, the territory relatively compact, the lake area very beautiful. The hotel is built years ago, but is renovated and very well maintained. Children enjoyed the water park. Also, the hotel is very close to Land of Legends

Perfect, but only in the very hot months

The hotel itself was absolutely perfect for a toddler and kids of all ages. However we went in early May and the swimming pools were FREEZING - even the baby pool and splash park. The website states that the pools are heated but on some days they were only heated to 25 degrees C - that would be fine in the height of summer but when air temps were only 26/27 degrees it was just too cold to take a toddler in there. It ruined our time to be honest, we would go back but not until July/August when the pools would be usable. All of the kids were shivering and teeth chattering. Otherwise everything else in the hotel was great, little toddler restaurant really handy although it could do with opening a bit earlier.

An exceptional hotel!! Great fun activities for children in the hotel. There is a kid club that is amazing and all the staff in the hotel are very helpful and kind. There is always food and drink in every corner. We stayed in the villa house which had its own swimming pool all around the villas and a small cafe in the middle which you can swim up to. The first day we came just before the end of the dinner time so the staff was thoughtful enough to send us to eat before we even checked into the hotel. After dinner they gave us a tour of the hotel. I have an infant but forget to ask for a cot bed but when we went to our room it was all ready for him to sleep in it. I have a 4 year old daughter as well and she had so much fun in the kids club, you can trust the staff there who always looks after them if you want to leave your kids to do activities and have fun. They also have a baby room and cribs for them if you ever need to put them to sleep while you are there. Our flight back home is today and at a very late time but we still have the chance to stay in the hotel and use all its facilities even after our check out. Overall, it was a great holiday for us. It’s an amazing hotel which has and thought of everything that kids need. I will definitely recommend it and will be back:)

FANTASTIC HOTEL FOR WINTER

What a great hotel for spending a few days in the winter sunshine of Belek. Superbly located for some of Belek’s many golf courses and right on the beach. This is a very large hotel and I guess will get very busy in Summer, but in the winter it’s fairly quiet and you get looked after. Good rooms, fantastic food and a good selection of drinks at the bar. All inclusive, including the fridge in your room. Our group stayed in Belek to play golf and have stayed in a number of Belek’s all inclusive hotels at this time of year. We all thought that this was the best hotel we have stayed in for our December golf trip. Whilst you can get a hotel at a lesser price, the combination of quality food and comfort offered by this hotel makes it a great choice.

Amazing stay but the swim up villas only. We were downgraded for a late checkout and the rooms were not as nice
