There is a lot more to Pisa than the famous Leaning Tower! If you get some extra time, I would recommend you hit the Marina di Pisa. It is only a 20 mins drive from the city, and in my opinion it is worth the detour. The walk at sunset by the Arno bank in the estuary is brilliant. This is from there that I got this photo of those fishing huts. Also, the Yacht Club in the middle of the marina is an amazing spot to watch sunset and enjoy a Spritz!

Room was clean , a little small, but we had a balcony which was nice. We could see the sea from balcony and you could hear the sound of the surf. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great place! Great host
We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed ourselves. The bus and trains were easy to navigate, tho a car might be helpful. Depends on what you are doing. The beach is gorgeous.
