"Mataikona is a close drive to Castlepoint. The hill road is just how the host describes slow driving allows taking in the views.This house is a perfect location for a quiet get away. we went in winter but got our two days with no rain. The fireplace was awesome, almost too hot!"

"It was great, once we got there, the road in was pretty shocking, but it was a fabulously relaxing, well appointed place. Really with the cozy wood burner and views of the sea. Would like to come back for longer."
