"The underground parking was a nightmare. Everytime you turn down a lane to park, there probably isnt enough parking, so to turn around, you need to make a 15 point uturn. There was only one elevator working and it took 30mins waiting on checkout day. Everytime the elevator would come to our floor, it was totaly full. Eventually, we gave up and took the stairs to the parking garage with all the checkout luggage. There was never a staff member at the desk. It took 4 phone calls over hour to get an extra blanket delivered to our room. "

"The hair conditioner bottle in our room empty. And our room smelled like body odour and was stale. "

"Nice place with everything needed for a getaway. Did not like the fact of the 10am check out. Way too early. Booked thinking this place had heated outdoor pools to only find out after that they are seasonal. My mistake and unfortunately booked it and couldn’t cancel. Went to plunge. Wasn’t the best but was somewhere for the girls to swim. "

"The room was clean and had lots of amenities in the full kitchen in our suite. All the staff were awesome, so polite. The restaurant food was so delicious as well. We so enjoyed our stay."
