They need to put microwaves in the room because you have to go downstairs just to warm up food
This location has horrible customer service. There is a host who worked the desk on 5/21:24 ar 11pm and she was extremely rude. I came into the lobby with my friend who was also staying at the hotel and we grabbed some waters and drinks from the refrigerator that was in the lobby area. We both returned to the hostess desk to pay for the items. The host did not acknowledge myself or my friend as we were standing in front of the desk. She was having a personal conversation with a colleague until I said “Hello l, how are you?” She ignored my greeting and responded with “Is this being charged to the room, are you paying for it? What are we doing?” She made that statement in a rude demeaning way” and I said we are paying for it. My friend asked me to double check our key card to make sure it works because it was previously deactivated. I told her that she can ask the host because she’s rude. The host said “I am not rude” my response was, “You are”, she responded with that your personal opinion and I don’t have time for this”
I refuse to continue to come back to a place where staff members talk to guests in a rude manner. I am a paying guest who works for the money that’s earned and I refuse to be disrespected by hotel staff members. If you value customer service, I would not stay at this hotel AT ALL!
