Hotel Fleuris is a good basic hotel that gives good value for money. But there are areas that need tidying up for example the shower in my room desperatly needs the silicon replacing as its covered in mould. The aircon worked well and there is also a ceiling fan in the room. I found the bed a bit hard but that may suit some people.
Breakfast is not a buffet and although there are choices they are pretty basic.
The staff are good and its location is good for the SM City mall.

Clean room,friendly staff who are making my stay just what i wanted. Great food,service, extremely quiet, i can hear only the ocean twenty feet from my bed.they gota rented scooter delivered for me.if thats not enough for you, go back to L.A.
