"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Santa Tecla Palace. The facilities were excellent - beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea, just like the photos. Plenty of sunbeds to relax in. Easy access to swim in the sea from the hotel, with lifeguards on duty. Delicious food at all the restaurants. There isn't much to do in the immediate surrounding area - we walked into the nearest town one evening but we decided that the bars and restaurants on offer at the hotel were much nicer. This was perfect for us as we had intended our short trip to be a relaxing one based in the hotel, but for anyone hoping to explore Sicily a bit more I'd recommend renting a car, as taxis can be expensive. "

The pool is stunning, the gardens are expansive with breathtaking views, and we loved spending time dining outdoors. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and enjoy ourselves.Its location is also ideal – close to Etna and other great spots, making it a brilliant base for exploring this part of Sicily.We had a truly special and memorable stay and couldn’t recommend it more highly. "Michaelangelo helped us every step of the way and even went out of his way to help us check in. He was amazing, thank you! The place is extremely clean, beautiful rooms, the beds are very comfortable, and the location is perfect for those who want to be near the downtown area. I highly recommend this stay and do yourself a favor and try the strawberry gelato at Bar Cipriani--you haven't tried a strawberry until you have tried this. Absolutely wonderful stay!!! "

"The property is very beautiful and the views of the sea from the slope of the Etna are spectacular. Very quiet, comfortable accommodations, very nice swimming pool. The location is excellent, a short drive to the sea and also close to Taormina and Catania, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.
