Access coming from Messina is a bit tricky sharp left turn. Otherwise nice and polite staff good breakfast.

The room is clean and the breakfast was sufficient with many choices. This hotel promotes a laundry room with one washer, one dryer, which is very nice and convenient. However this washer room is there more for the staff, and when I arrived both the washer and dryer were full of blankets, aprons, all unattended. When I asked the one front desk staff for a little help with the machine, at her convenience, this employee was quite short, rude. She slammed the washer door and told me loudly that I did not do anything correctly. I thanked her loudly and did my laundry in a very cluttered housekeeping room. This was a terrible example of offering good hospitality to a traveler. I don't think this service should be offered at all as I found it inconvenienced the staff on duty. Just take down the sign offering the laundry room service. On the other hand, the receptionist who checked us in was awesome. Parking also very convenient.

Abbiamo soggiornato io e mio marito per una notte presso questo hotel. L'edificio è abbastanza recente, di uno stile moderno e particolare. Si trova in posizione piacevole in mezzo al verde della campagna di Acireale. Le camere sono suddivise tra un corpo centrale (camere superior) e un adiacente corpo esterno (camere standard). Noi abbiamo pernottato in una superior, molto gradevole e spaziosa. Arredamento moderno e piacevole, bagno comodo e pulito. Colazione buona e varia. Un ringraziamento alla gentile signora alla reception, disponibile e simpatica.
