"We visit as often as we can and we can ALWAYS count on a GREAT stay thanks to the owners sharing their beautiful house! From the well stocked kitchen to the well kept hot tub, comfortable beds and furniture, plush bath towels, little treats they give us, to the spectacular views. As soon as we arrive and hear the waves breaking there's a heavy sigh as all the daily stressors disappear and turn into an amazing relaxing, deep, restful experience!!Thank you so much for letting stay in your excellent home!! "The property is great and clean. Beds are comfy, but the pillows are too thick and firm. Went across the street to Fred Meyer and got 2 of my own to use. All in all a nice place to stay and conveniently located close to everything!!"

"Clean room, parking good,at 7:34 pm we got back to the hotel with our dinner my son had to go to the bathroom as my son was sitting on the toilet and I was plugging in my charger for my phone someone knocked on the door it was the man who works and lives next door to room 131,he started blaming my son for running around and making noise and being very confrontational to the point that my wife was crying and my son was scared the management told me this has been a problem with him and others they moved us away from the employee,me and my family were so uncomfortable,the next morning we had plans for all day event,got back to the hotel at 5:30pm as soon as we pulled in the parking lot the employee stared at us the whole time to when we parked and got in the room which made us more uncomfortable so we decided to go home and cut our trip short"

"I hate to say it, but this was not a great stay. The location is fantastic, check-in was easy, and there was an entire fridge in the room. Unfortunately, it's old and badly in need of major renovations. Very uncomfortable, squeaky bed. Stained bedding. Interior is falling apart. And I could hear every footstep and word being spoken by neighbors. I guess there's a reason it's cheaper than everywhere else in the area. But not worth it, in my opinion. "

"Great, easy space to stay at for an overnight at the coast. Room was just finished being cleaned when we arrived at check-in time, but it was very well cleaned and smelled great. Everything was well stocked and in good working order. Lots of bathroom toiletries including toothbrushes and razors. Kitchen well equipped with plates, glasses, mugs and silverware, coffee and tea. The bathroom in this unit is a tight squeeze to get in and get the door closed and to move around freely in, so it might be a bit challenging for larger folks and it is definitely not accessible for folks with mobility devices. The fold out bed in the living room was easy to access and comfortable. There were covers to use on furniture for pets. Nighttime was quiet. The beach is just a couple of blocks away, but down a pretty steep set of stairs so carrying equipment down is not ideal. Easier to take the quick drive up the road to Happy Camp and access the beach for a day trip there. Overall, the beach is the gem of this little town. Quiet and vast, low current and lots of fun beach combing treasures to find! The Market around the corner is stocked with everything you could need, including fresh Indian food, fishing supplies, burgers and even breakfast sandwiches! We also had dinner at the Schooner down the road, which was incredibly delicious!! Overall, absolutely recommend this as a landing spot for anyone needing a reasonably priced, clean, pet friendly place to stay in Netarts/Oceanside area. "
