Service at reception desk was good at check-in and check-out.
Out of hours mixed service quality. Got back from concert at 23.45 and was told by ill humoured lady that A) the bar had been closed 15ms earlier and B) she would not serve me any more orange juice as the final counts had already been made. Was C) redirected towards drink automat in lobby (where I had to pay 3 Euros for small bottle of water). No word of regret, no intention to go the extra mile, no kindness or politeness, no explanation about there being 2 bottles of water available in my room (which I discovered later)...Think this particular employee could have done better, just displaying nothing other than politeness....
