The staff were very helpful and pleasant.Hotel has a policy of not cleaning rooms on daily basis for stays of more than one day. This was fine by us,staying for 4 days but, might not suit everybody.Having said that you can request daily clean and new towels if desired. The carpet on our floor was in need of a daily hoover however.Food in restaurant not bad but basic pub grub.Hotel a good distance from town center so taxis or bus needed to get into center if no car.

Had a pleasant stay, only realized a bit late that the pillows were a bit thin, but that might just be my preference. Stayed here for going to a concert, easy to reach with public transport and walking to get to the venue 013 pop podium, give or take 15mins S

Thank You! Great stay.

Check-in was great. Every staff member from front desk agents to housekeepers were friendly and great. I liked that they allowed us to store our bags in the secured closet hours before check in so we could go on and about. Room was clean and comfortable with no issues whatsoever. For some reason the "veggies" I got in Amsterdam the night before gave me the munchies so I'm thankful for the vending machine in the lobby.

Reasonable value stay. Location is the main drawback, situated in the corner of a busy intersection, a good walk from town. The room was exceptionally hot, so I needed to have the windows open all night to manage the temperature. I was on the sixth floor, and even so, with the traffic noise and the heat, it made for a few nights of disturbed sleep.
