The rooms are nice. But it is the helpful and caring staff that makes the experience good. The restaurant staff are also exceptional in the service they provide. The location to all medical services right next door is very convenient.

Hotel Ticuán
It’s in a seedy area, elevator wasn’t working - you’ll have to ask to be escorted up an outside staircase to get to the gym, which is old, musty and subpar.
