Casa Pilar is located far below La Punta de Tijarafe, at an elevation of just 340 metres above sea level.
The holiday home is situated in a secluded location at the end of a small residential street—an ideal spot to enjoy your holiday undisturbed in a green oasis. Thanks to its prime location near the coast, the climate here is pleasant practically all year round.
Due to the house’s location away from the main roads, you will definitely need a hire car.

The private holiday home consists of a main house and an annex, which are not rented out separately to ensure your privacy at all times.
The 1,500-square-meter property boasts a beautifully landscaped garden with plenty of lawn and palm trees, as well as sunny terraces and a heated pool. From the pool and the terrace of the annex, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Casa Pilar is ideal for families. Older children or accompanying grandparents can use the guest house and have some privacy, while couples will feel right at home in the main house.

A 5- to 10-minute drive by hire car takes you to La Punta de Tijarafe, where you can pick up essentials at a small supermarket. There’s also a German bakery there. In La Punta, there are small bars where you can enjoy tapas. In El Jesús, you’ll find the “Tasca Aurelio” and the “Cervecería Isla Verde.” At the latter, you can even sample delicious small dishes paired with beer brewed on La Palma.

It’s a 15-minute drive to El Pueblo de Tijarafe, where you’ll find a larger supermarket, banks, an organic supermarket, and a pharmacy. A pizzeria and the Kiosko de Diabolo offer food and drinks.

La Punta is a great starting point for hikes, such as to the Mirador del Time or for sections of the GR130, the island-circling hiking trail that goes all the way around the island.
The nearest sandy beach in Puerto de Tazacorte is a 15- to 20-minute drive away. There, you can enjoy the island’s fresh catch at numerous seafood restaurants.

Casa Pilar consists of a main house (65 m²) and an annex (38 m²), which are not rented out separately. Therefore, absolute privacy is always guaranteed. Another outstanding feature is the pleasant climate year-round at just 340 metres above sea level.

Main House
The main house consists of a combined living area with an open kitchen and dining area, as well as 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The bright living area with its large window front invites you to spend cosy hours there. Two large sofas provide seating for the whole family. The dining table is positioned right next to the serving hatch leading to the kitchen, so freshly prepared meals can be brought directly to the table.

The separate kitchen is connected to the living room via the serving hatch. It is well-equipped and also features a dishwasher.

The two bedrooms are bright and simply furnished. They both face the garden and are therefore very quiet, offering a view of the greenery.

The bathroom, the home’s small wellness area, is located between the two bedrooms. In the hydromassage shower, you can enjoy a thorough massage or set up a relaxing steam bath. The bathroom also houses the washing machine.

Annex
The annex has its own driveway and parking space. It remains closed when the house is occupied by up to 4 people.

In the living area, a large window wall with two sliding doors lets plenty of light into the room, allowing you to enjoy the view of the ocean and the west coast all day long.
The open kitchen is integrated into the living area. It is small but sufficient for 2 people and well-equipped.

A sliding door leads to the bedroom with an adjoining en-suite bathroom. The bedroom faces the pool.

The annex has its own small terrace with two lounge chairs and a table with two chairs.

The annex is just a few steps away from the pool.
The 8x4-metre pool is available for exclusive use, and the entire pool area, including the sunbathing area, is secluded.
The pool can be heated up to 24 degrees (for an additional fee). This is recommended during the cooler months. A well-maintained hedge and palm trees complement the manicured lawn.
